This oceanfront cottage boasts breathtaking views right on the beautiful beach of Casuarina Point. "Sunrise Cottage" is one of two units in this beachfront duplex and has been recently updated for a bright coastal feel. Fall asleep to the sound of waves and spend your days in the sun and sand. We can connect you with local guides for deep-sea or bonefishing, and are happy to share our favorite bars, restaurants, and day trip ideas to fill your days before your return to secluded Casuarina.

Important Information

House Rules:

  • Check-in: After 3:30 PM

  • Checkout: 10:00 AM

  • No smoking

  • No pets

  • No parties or events

  • ​No fires on the beach

Guest Safety:

Security cameras/audio recording devices (outdoor areas only), carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms.

Trash:

During your stay, please dispose of all trash in a plastic trash bag. Bring the trash bag to one of the two trash bins with lids by the road. The bins are located at the far right and left sides of the property as you walk towards the road. If the trash isn't in a plastic bag, they will not pick it up. Boxes with empty beer bottles must be in a plastic bag.

Car Rentals:

There is no Uber or Lyft on the island, taxis can be expensive and most travelers opt to rent a car. Rental cars should be booked in advance.

Mitchell and Valencia Hepburn's company, Auto Express, offers a variety of dependable vehicles in their fleet from vans to compacts. They will make arrangements to leave the vehicle at the airport for your arrival. They have Zelle, or if you want to pay cash they will stop by the house for payment and additional documentation.
